Summary

The tender covers the supply, implementation and support of a new energy management system for Leiden University as a SaaS solution. The solution must support the long-term storage, management and analysis of energy data, include an energy registration and monitoring system, and integrate robustly with the university’s existing systems and data sources. Monitoring services for data quality and continuity are also required; additional modules and dashboards are optional, and offering them in full is not mandatory, although their functionality will be considered in the quality assessment. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,855,500. The initial contract term is five years, with five possible two-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 15 years.
