Food Services Self-Monitoring System (HACCP)

Summary

Saimaan Tukipalvelut Oy is procuring a cloud-based HACCP self-monitoring system for 18 kitchens: nine production kitchens, eight service kitchens and one bakery. The system will support automated data transfer, temperature and surface-cleanliness measurements, monitoring, documentation and reporting. The overall procurement includes the system, the equipment needed for self-monitoring except luminometers, an implementation project and ongoing service and maintenance. The service and equipment will be ordered as needed, without a minimum purchase commitment; the planned contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, followed by an indefinite term unless otherwise agreed.
