External conditioned storage of samples as a service

Summary

The tender concerns external conditioned storage, management and logistics services for RIVM samples for up to 15 years. It is divided into two lots, and bidders may submit offers for and be awarded both lots. The basic lot covers retrieval at box or crate level; the advanced lot also allows retrieval at individual sample level. The advanced lot additionally includes destruction and removal of samples, as well as professionalisation work for parts of the collections at the contracting authority’s request. The submission deadline is 25 November 2026 at 12:00. The tender must remain valid for 120 days, and electronic invoicing will be required during contract performance. The estimated total value is EUR 22,600,000.
