Red List Green Dot Method: Effectiveness of Nature Restoration
Summary
The tender concerns an evaluation of the effectiveness of nature restoration measures using a standardised methodology and Red List species as indicators of success. The outputs must include an overview table showing the effectiveness of measures by species or species group and over time, practical conclusions for management and policy, an assessment of when results can be expected, and recommendations on when measures should be repeated. The contract runs from 5 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with the final report and other outputs due by 31 December 2029. The maximum budget is EUR 289,256.20 excluding VAT and EUR 350,000 including VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 4 November 2026 at 10:00. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality carries 90 points and price 10 points.
