Liability and Good Employer Insurance for the Municipality of Heerlen

Summary

The tender covers liability insurance and good employer insurance for the Municipality of Heerlen from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2030, with one possible 12-month extension. The insurer must cover, among other things, personal injury, property damage, financial loss and work-related employee losses. The liability limit is EUR 5,000,000 per claim and EUR 10,000,000 per year; the good employer insurance limit is EUR 2,500,000 per event and EUR 5,000,000 per year.
