All-risks material damage insurance for works of art

Summary

The Provincial Council of Almería is procuring all-risks insurance for material damage to works of art in two lots. Lot 1 covers the permanent collection of the Museum of Spanish Contemporary Realism (MUREC), on loan from the Ibáñez Cosentino Art Foundation, with an insured value of €16,111,900 and an annual tender budget of €16,500. Lot 2 covers the Council’s own art collection, valued at €150,433, with an annual budget of €1,500. The initial policy period runs from 1 March 2027 to 29 February 2028, with an option to extend for up to one further year.
