Procurement of specialised Wmo support in the Meierij region from 2026 onwards (open system of agreements)

Summary

The procedure concerns an open-house contractual system for specialised support under the Dutch Social Support Act in the Meierij region, covering the municipalities of ’s-Hertogenbosch, Boxtel, Meierijstad, Sint-Michielsgestel and Vught. Providers may apply for one or more services: individual support, enhanced individual support, group support, enhanced group support, short-term residential respite care and transport linked to group support or short-term residential respite care. Every provider meeting the exclusion, suitability and implementation requirements may conclude an agreement; there is no purchase obligation or volume guarantee. The agreement is intended to run for 2027 and may be extended annually. The notice states a participation deadline of 2 November 2028, while the application document sets 2 November 2026 at 17:00 as the deadline for the first 2027 opening; the applicable deadline must therefore be verified in the current official notice. Services must be delivered in accordance with the prescribed quality, staffing, reporting, privacy, social-return and administrative requirements.
