BGT Measurement and Data Management 2026 (Joint Tender)

Summary

The tender concerns measurement, registration and updating services for the Dutch large-scale topographic database (BGT), address and buildings database (BAG) and property valuation database (WOZ) for ten municipalities. Two lots are available: Lot 1 covers change signalling and detection, while Lot 2 covers surveying and mapping of changes. Bidders may submit for both lots, with a maximum of two lots submitted and awarded. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, has a fixed term of two years and may be extended twice for one year. Offers must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, including price and a lot-specific approach plan.
