Survey and technical assessment of a protective facility to determine the works and costs required to achieve U-1 shelter status

Summary

The tender concerns a 30-day service for surveying and technically assessing the existing protective facility at Kuśnierska 1 in Szczecin, defining the construction works required to adapt it as a U-1 protective shelter, and estimating the adaptation costs. The work includes 3D laser scanning or equivalent measurements, architectural and structural drawings, a BIM digital twin, concrete and steel testing, moisture and corrosion measurements, reinforcement surveys, verification calculations, bills of quantities and cost estimates.
