Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a complete replacement design for the construction of the “Willa Kultura” library on Asnyka Street in Józefów, including an underground garage and site development. The service includes a replacement building design, a multidisciplinary technical design, an application for an amended building permit, a multidisciplinary detailed design, interior design, bills of quantities and cost estimates. The main work is to be completed within 112 days; author’s supervision is an optional service during the construction period, expected to last 26 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 09:00. Award criteria are price, weighted 60%, and the experience of the chief designer, weighted 40%.
