Summary

Maastricht UMC+ is seeking one contractor to rent hygiene and diaper disposal boxes and provide the related all-in service in Maastricht. The service includes installation, scheduled replacement, cleaning, maintenance, repairs or replacement of defective units, stock management and coordination across the hospital’s buildings and offices. The indicative volume is approximately 31,000 replacements per year, with a maximum framework-agreement volume of 136,400 replacements including a 10% margin. The initial contract term is three years, with one possible 12-month extension. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 10:00 and will be evaluated on best price-quality ratio: service during the contract period 30 points, sustainability 15 points, implementation plan 15 points and price 40 points.
