Dynamic purchasing system for temporary accommodation
Summary
The Municipality of Utrecht is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for temporary accommodation and related needs in the Netherlands. The five categories cover temporary accommodation, furnishing, additional services, social services, and construction or renovation works. Future specific requests may involve accommodation for refugees, asylum seekers, homeless people and other vulnerable residents, as well as furnishing, security, catering, facility services, resident coordination, care support, construction, renovation and painting. Companies may apply for admission throughout the system’s term and will be invited to submit tenders for relevant future requests. Applications must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 28 September 2028 at 23:59 (CEST). Up to five lots may be applied for and awarded to one tenderer. Electronic invoicing is required, while variants and electronic catalogues are not permitted. For contracts exceeding EUR 100,000, social-return efforts may be required and will be specified in the individual request.
