Commercial and technical property management for municipally owned rental properties

Summary

The tender concerns property management for 14 accounting units at 11 locations owned by the city of Fürstenfeldbruck, comprising 91 residential units, 28 commercial or special-purpose units and 10,887 m² of residential and usable space, including three listed buildings. The contractor will provide commercial and technical management, coordinate external infrastructure-related services and inspect each unit at least twice a year.
