Administration service for the municipal cemetery in Rybnik–Boguszowice Stare

Summary

The tender concerns the administration of the municipal cemetery in Rybnik–Boguszowice Stare for the period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. The services cover management of a 37,246 m² cemetery, a 642 m² plot and a 134 m² funeral home; grave allocation and funeral arrangements; cemetery records; use of the funeral home and storage of bodies; cleaning, winter maintenance, landscaping, minor repairs; and collection and transfer of cemetery fees to the contracting authority. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in managing and maintaining cemeteries. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 9:30. Bids will be evaluated on the total commission amount for 60 points and office opening hours for 40 points, for a maximum of 100 points. Contract performance requires PLN 10,000.00 in performance security and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000.00.
