Valuation services for the ‘Rural area’ in the Province of Utrecht

Summary

The tender concerns valuation services for the ‘Rural area’ in the Province of Utrecht. The province wants valuers for land transactions, financial arrangements and subsidy calculations linked to its land strategy. The contract is divided into 3 lots: Utrecht-Zuid, Utrecht-Oost and Utrecht-West. A bidder may submit for all 3 lots, but can be awarded at most 2 lots. The award is based on quality and price.
