ProRail nationwide fire insurance

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive fire insurance for ProRail’s buildings, business equipment and inventory, business interruption and special costs. It is a negotiated procedure in which selected tenderers may negotiate coverage, conditions, premium, deductibles, capacity and limits. The expected award criterion is the lowest total offered premium. The initial request to participate must be submitted in Dutch with the required documents by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. The initial contract term is 12 to 36 months, with possible 12-month extensions by mutual agreement.
