Granting and servicing a long-term bank loan

Summary

The contract concerns granting and servicing a long‑term bank loan of PLN 2,200,000 to the Gmina Sompolno to cover the planned budget deficit for 2026 and to fund investments. The bid must provide a gross price for the loan service calculated on the basis of a WIBOR 1M rate plus a fixed Bank margin for the entire loan period. The reference WIBOR 1M rate to use for the offer is 3.79% (as of 16 September 2026). The loan will be drawn and obligations repaid over 32 quarterly installments from 2027 through 2034, with a grace period until 31 March 2027.
