Spinal implants

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of spinal implants and the free loan of related instruments to Amsterdam UMC and Dijklander Ziekenhuis. The contract will be a framework agreement for four years, with two possible extensions of up to two years each, for a maximum total duration of eight years. The implants and instruments must support, among other procedures, treatment of spinal fractures, degenerative disorders and metastases, scoliosis surgery, iliac fixation and cage placement, and must be compatible with the Brainlab Curve navigation system. The supplier must provide CE certification and a declaration of conformity, consignment stock, clinical support, maintenance, rapid delivery, compliant packaging and traceability. Tenders must be submitted in Dutch, in euros and excluding VAT, by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 25% and quality for 75% of the award criteria; variants are not permitted. The notice states an estimated value of EUR 11,205,000, while the tender guide gives an estimated value of EUR 5,602,000 for the initial four-year period, excluding indexation.
