Engineering services for Rivium

Summary

The tender concerns integrated engineering services for the Rivium area development in Capelle aan den IJssel. One multidisciplinary partner will be selected to provide research and advisory services, integrated design, technical preparation, permits and notifications, contract and construction procurement preparation, and cost management. Services will be ordered through a framework agreement. The framework agreement starts on 1 March 2027, runs for four years and may be extended up to two times for one year; its maximum value is EUR 1,800,000 excluding VAT. The request to participate must be submitted digitally by 28 September 2026 at 12:00. Five companies will be selected in the selection phase; if more suitable applicants qualify, a lottery will be used. Contract performance includes a 2% social return obligation.
