Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion of one framework agreement with a development partner that can translate complex issues related to subsistence security and social welfare into reusable, high-quality process simulations and games. The work includes process and chain analysis, organisational and change consultancy, design, prototyping, piloting, implementation, evaluation, deployment and embedding of the results.
