Reuse activities in Bunschoten
Summary
The tender concerns reuse activities in the municipality of Bunschoten. The contractor must collect reusable household goods and textiles from residents on request, operate a reuse shop, provide social employment, and install, maintain and empty six textile containers. The contract is initially planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with two possible one-year extensions. The contractor must have a shop and an accessible drop-off point in Bunschoten. The shop must be open at least 40 hours per week and fully operational by 1 July 2027; the six textile containers must be ready for use by 1 January 2027. The service must support traceable goods flows, take all reusable goods without cherry-picking and achieve the required social and circular-economy objectives. The bid must include the completed and signed European Single Procurement Document, price form, reference form and a work plan of no more than five A4 pages. The tender must be submitted in Dutch, legally signed, with prices excluding VAT at 2027 price level. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: social return 30 points, sustainability 30, shop premises 20, tariffs 10, quality assurance 5 and innovation 5. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 13:00.
