Management, maintenance and emergency works for flood defences
Summary
The tender concerns a framework agreement for the management, maintenance and emergency works on flood defences in two geographical lots: Northern Region and Southern Region. The contractor will provide workers and machinery for routine maintenance, damage repairs, removal of floating debris, vegetation maintenance and emergency work during high water or threatened calamities. The work covers approximately 420 hectares and may be ordered throughout the year, with recurring peaks in April, October, and March–April. The estimated annual value is EUR 252,000 excluding VAT for the Northern Region and EUR 165,000 excluding VAT for the Southern Region. The initial term is from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with up to two optional 12-month extensions. The estimated maximum contract values over four years are EUR 1,512,000 for the Northern Region and EUR 990,000 for the Southern Region. A bidder may submit for both lots, but may receive only one lot. Price is the only award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. The successful contractor must allocate 5% of the invoiced turnover under the framework agreement to Social Return on Investment activities and use machinery meeting the applicable clean and emission-free construction requirements. Electronic invoicing is required.
