Reprographic services

Summary

The tender covers reprographic services for ROC Midden Nederland under a framework agreement with one supplier. The scope includes standard colour and black-and-white printing in A6–A0 formats, finishing, supply of materials and standard products, basic document layout work, secure printing of examinations and diplomas, printing and dispatch of greeting cards, and storage and distribution of corporate identity materials. The bidder must provide a user-friendly Dutch-language web-based ordering portal, secure processes for confidential documents, and delivery to multiple ROC MN locations. Tenders will be evaluated using the best price-quality ratio: quality 70% and price 30%.
