Framework agreement for modular residential units

Summary

Gemeente Noordenveld intends to award a framework agreement to one supplier for the supply, rental, installation, maintenance, relocation and dismantling of modular residential units for temporary accommodation. The estimated value is EUR 4,000,000 and the maximum value is EUR 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The agreement runs from 24 October 2026 to 23 October 2029 and may be extended once by one year; the contracting authority may additionally extend it by up to six months to avoid service discontinuity.
