Modernization of the WDK boiler room – supply and installation of gas boilers with accompanying infrastructure in Kielce at Józefa Piłsudskiego Regional Cultural Center

Summary

The contract concerns the modernization of the WDK Kielce boiler room, including the supply and installation of gas boilers with accompanying infrastructure, automation and safety equipment, and all necessary connections, commissioning and adjustment of the complete boiler room system. The scope includes dismantling existing boilers, supplying and installing two gas condensing boilers, installing cascade automation, plate heat exchangers, circulation pumps, hydraulic, gas and electrical connections, control and automation, and delivery of full as-built and technical documentation, plus training of the Purchaser’s staff and waste management. The bidder must demonstrate technical and professional capacity, including at least one gas boiler supply and installation contract valued at least PLN 250,000 gross within the last three years, with references; and may demonstrate compliance by presenting a valid Public Procurement Orders Certificate under the Polish Public Procurement Law. The contract includes a minimum warranty/guarantee period of 24 months.
