Mobility solution

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with one supplier for up to six years for the delivery and management of an integrated mobility solution. The solution must include a mobility card, public transport, bicycle parking, a web portal, a mobile application where possible, and at least a 12-month pilot for electric shared mobility. The supplier must provide, among other things, HR and identity-management integrations, single sign-on, self-service functions, travel and CO2 reporting, invoicing, information security, and production-environment availability of at least 99.9% per month. The estimated framework agreement value is EUR 16,600,000 excluding VAT; tenders must be submitted by 2 November 2026 at 12:00. Tenders will be evaluated using the best price-quality ratio: the quality subcriteria carry a total of 10,000 points and the winner is determined by the price-to-quality score. The intended winner must pass evidence verification and successfully complete a proof of concept.
