Student transport to Helene-Pagés School in Boppard from the 2027/2028 school year

The contract covers transporting pupils from public stops in the catchment area of Helene-Pagés School to the school in Boppard and back, starting at the beginning of the 2027/2028 school year and continuing for five school years, through the end of 2031/2032. Under the current transport plan, 71 pupils require morning transport; the number of return journeys varies by weekday and class and is set out in the tender documents. The contractor must plan routes, provide suitable and clean vehicles, qualified drivers and arrangements for handling disruptions. A one-way journey should generally take no more than one hour and must never exceed 75 minutes; vehicles must arrive at school 5–15 minutes before lessons start and depart no later than 15 minutes after lessons end. Price is the sole award criterion; the contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 09:00 on 3 November 2026. The bid must include a provisional route plan, the price offer and cost calculation, 1–3 comparable transport-service references, and the required declarations, including those relating to insurance and employee pay.
