Blind-spot lessons

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of blind-spot safety lessons for primary schools across the 21 municipalities of the Rotterdam–The Hague metropolitan region. The aim is to teach pupils about blind-spot hazards, how to stay safely away from large vehicles, and how to explain safe behaviour to others. The procurement is divided into six lots covering 100, 92, 102, 167, 111 and 170 schools respectively. The estimated contract duration is 54 months. A bidder may submit a tender for up to six lots, but may be awarded a maximum of three lots. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation awards 40 points for the plan for recruiting schools and 60 points for price.
