Tutoring for children and young people participating in the “Family” project.

Summary

The tender covers individual tutoring for 51 participants in the “Family” project, aged 7–18. From 1 December 2026 to 18 June 2027, the contractor must deliver a total of 1,020 clock hours of 60 minutes each: 500 hours of mathematics for 25 children, 100 hours of early-years education for 5 children, 120 hours of Polish for 6 children, and 300 hours of English for 15 children. Each child is expected to receive an average of 20 hours in the selected subject. Lessons will take place at the children’s homes in Zielona Góra County; remote lessons may be used for children over 11 with the foster family’s consent. Lessons must be regular, generally 2–4 times per month, and must start for each child no later than 15 January 2027 unless the child’s circumstances prevent this. Tutors must be available on school-day afternoons; weekend lessons are possible with the participant’s and guardian’s consent. The contractor must provide enough suitably qualified tutors to deliver the service to all children concurrently. The hourly rate must include tutors’ travel, teaching materials and all other necessary costs; payment is for hours actually delivered. The work includes preparing an individual schedule for each child, keeping attendance and lesson-topic records, reporting absences, submitting monthly accounts by the 15th day of the following month, and a final account within 30 days after the service ends. At least one person with a certified disability must participate in delivering the contract throughout its term. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the invoice payment term for 40%: 14 days earns 0 points, 21 days 20 points, and 30 days 40 points. Offers are due by 10:00 on 6 October 2026. Qualification requires at least one properly performed tutoring service of at least 500 hours for children or young people during the previous three years, and tutors must have relevant higher education or qualifications and pedagogical training.
