Concession to manage and maintain the El Acebuche nursery school

The procurement is a concession to manage and maintain the El Acebuche nursery school in Alcalá de Guadaíra. The concessionaire will organise education and childcare for children aged 0–3, manage the centre and ensure its day-to-day operation and maintenance. Bids are assessed on a 50-point technical proposal covering the educational and care project, organisational and financial management, centre operations and annual staff training; at least 25 points are required in this section. The remaining 50 points are allocated to the centre director’s experience and additional qualifications, extra staff, additional equipment and the annual concession fee offered to the municipality. The tender documents also provide information on existing staff employment conditions and applicable collective-agreement pay scales, which should be considered when assessing labour costs and any statutory staff-transfer obligations. The bid must include the required technical proposal and evidence. The final guarantee is €20,000; a further €20,000 may be required if a bid is considered disproportionate.
