Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for audiovisual production services for the City of The Hague, with an estimated total value of EUR 4,687,500. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers integrated video and animation productions, from concept development to final delivery, including scripting, filming, animation, editing, subtitles, accessibility features, livestreams and recordings; Lot 2 covers the brokerage and coordination of flexible audiovisual production capacity, including the temporary deployment of video makers, editors, content creators and other specialists. Bidders may submit tenders for both lots, and both lots may be awarded to the same bidder. Up to three framework contractors are planned for Lot 1 and one contractor for Lot 2.
