Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation and technical management of an Intelligent Document Processing solution for Sociale Verzekeringsbank. The solution must replace the existing scanning software and process physical and electronic documents, including scanning, image enhancement, OCR, metadata creation, data extraction, manual exception handling, reporting and delivery to connected systems. The initial contract term is four years, with options for two two-year extensions followed by two one-year extensions; the maximum estimated value including options is EUR 4,150,000 excluding VAT.
