Supply of playground and sports equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the design of playground and sports areas and the supply, installation and refurbishment of playground and sports equipment for the Municipality of Rotterdam. The scope includes playground equipment, fitness and calisthenics equipment, specially designed equipment, urban sports facilities, court-sports equipment and informal play features such as logs, edging, relief elements, markings, pipes, willow tipis and tunnels. The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement with up to five contractors. The estimated volume is approximately EUR 3,500,000 per year, while the estimated overall contract value is EUR 14,000,000. The agreement is expected to start on 1 December 2026, run initially for two years and be extendable up to two times by one year. Tenders must be submitted by 15 October 2026 at 08:00:15, and they must remain valid for 90 days. Variants and multiple tenders are not allowed; electronic submission, electronic ordering, electronic invoicing and electronic catalogue submission are allowed.
