Supply of gym equipment for Ortigueira municipal sports facilities

Ortigueira municipality is purchasing 14 items of exercise equipment to renew the gym at its municipal swimming pool: 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical trainers, 1 upright exercise bike, 2 rowing machines, 2 indoor cycling bikes, and one vertical chest and triceps press, one dual leg extension and curl machine, one counterweighted multipower machine and one isolateral shoulder press. The contractor must supply, install and commission the equipment, make any necessary adaptations, and dismantle and remove the replaced equipment free of charge. Delivery is due within one month of contract signature at the municipal swimming pool in Ortigueira. The minimum warranty is 36 months from commissioning. Price carries up to 30 points, an extended warranty up to 30 points, repair or spare-parts delivery during the warranty up to 20 points, and spare-parts availability after the warranty up to 20 points. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single submission within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Bidders must provide evidence of financial and technical capacity and technical documentation for the equipment. During contract performance, the contractor must ensure equal treatment and equal pay for work of equal value, and respect labour rights and supply-chain transparency and traceability requirements.
