Sports equipment for the training programmes of the National Sports Training Centre in Cáceres
Summary
The tender covers the supply of sports equipment for the national high-performance and sports development programmes at the National Sports Training Centre in Cáceres. It is divided into four lots: judo equipment, swimming equipment, archery equipment, and triathlon and athletics equipment. Examples include strength-training equipment and accessories, lane ropes and backstroke starting devices, an electronic timing system, bows and arrows, and cycling and running power meters, GPS devices, training rollers and hurdles. Bidders may apply for all lots, but normally no bidder may be awarded more than two. The total estimated value is EUR 54,975.67 excluding VAT (EUR 66,520.57 including 21% VAT). The bidder must supply equipment that meets the technical specifications or offers equivalent characteristics and performance, delivering it to the centre in Cáceres within 1.5 months from acceptance of the contract award. The price must include packaging, transport and unloading, as well as any required assembly, connection, commissioning and training for centre staff. The bid must include a price offer for each lot applied for, a responsible declaration and the information needed to assess the automatically scored criteria. It must also include manufacturers’ technical data sheets and instructions for use, maintenance and care. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Offers are scored on price (up to 90 points) and warranty terms (up to 10 points). All products must have a warranty of at least three years; additional points are available for extending the warranty by up to 12 months and for a shorter response time to warranty issues, which must not exceed five working days. Separate proof of economic, financial or technical capacity is not required.
