Reintegration support for Track 2 and ERD WGA, occupational assessments, and ERD WW reintegration support

Summary

The tender concerns reintegration and employment-support services for GVB Exploitatie B.V. in the Greater Amsterdam area, divided into three lots: (1) Track 2 and ERD WGA reintegration support, (2) occupational assessments, and (3) ERD WW reintegration support. A separate framework agreement will be concluded with one provider for each lot, initially for 2 years with up to three 2-year extensions, for a maximum duration of 8 years. The estimated maximum values are EUR 3,000,000 for Lot 1, EUR 1,500,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 450,000 for Lot 3. Bidders may submit for one, two or all three lots. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, using a fictional tender price reduced by quality discounts. Presentations are part of the quality assessment for Lots 1 and 3. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 22 September 2026 at 13:00. No tender guarantee is required and variants are not permitted.
