Summary

The bidder must meet the selection and qualification requirements for parts I–X as specified in the SWZ. Parts I–II require a university degree in psychology and at least 2 years of experience with children; Parts III–VIII require relevant higher education (psychology, pedagogy or related field) and at least 2 years of experience; Parts IX–X require at least a secondary education plus relevant training or certification and at least 2 years of experience with children or parents, depending on the part. Evidence such as diplomas, certificates, professional qualifications, and KRK background checks must be provided. Subcontracting is allowed in line with SWZ provisions. The bidder must provide a list of personnel with qualifications and experience and ensure all personnel meet SWZ VI.2 and 4 requirements. All documents and evidence must be submitted with the tender.
