Summary

The tender concerns intermediation services for hiring external staff, including recruitment, consultancy, project leaders, trainees, specialist expertise and Deta-Flex. The contract is a framework agreement for one supplier, with a four-year initial term and two possible one-year extensions. The award criteria are quality and price. The bidder must be registered in the relevant business register, have WAADI registration, provide an approved auditor’s report or compilation report, hold liability insurance of at least EUR 1,250,000 per claim and EUR 2,500,000 per insurance year, submit a reference form showing experience in intermediation and contract management, and have a risk-management system for chain and hirer liability under NEN 4400 or equivalent. A compliance declaration, price sheet and DVO worksheet must be submitted with the bid.
