Hot and cold beverage supply

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and full-service operation of hot and cold beverage vending solutions for the Dutch judiciary. Lot 1 covers hot drinks machines and related service; Lot 2 covers cold drinks machines, including lease/flex-lease, maintenance, ingredients and possible takeover/purchase after the initial term. The contract is open procedure, above the EU threshold, with two lots and a maximum of two lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The award criteria include quality and price. The bidder must submit the UEA and comply with the requirements in the tender documents, including staffing, service hours, response times, portal/reporting, food safety, CE marking, VOG-41 for staff on site, confidentiality, e-invoicing and the DAP arrangements.
