Supply of meat products and bakery goods to the Łomża Regional Hospital

Summary

The Łomża Regional Hospital is procuring recurring supplies over 12 months starting on 1 December 2026 in two lots: sausages and meat products (Lot 1), and bread, rolls, breadcrumbs and baker’s yeast (Lot 2), for patient catering and the hospital buffet and kiosk. Bidders may tender for one or both lots, but must price and supply every item in any lot they bid for, in accordance with the assortment, quantities and quality requirements in the tender documents. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). Deliveries are generally due on the day after an order: meat products go to the hospital food store between 5:00 and 6:00, while bakery products go to the food store between 5:00 and 6:00 and to the buffet and kiosk back rooms between 6:00 and 7:00. Deliveries are required six days a week, excluding public holidays; emergency orders must be fulfilled within 2 hours. Meat products must have at least 21 days of remaining shelf life on delivery. Bakery products must be fresh and no more than 8 hours past baking, except breadcrumbs, yeast and dried rolls. Meat deliveries require a refrigerated vehicle; bakery transport must comply with food-transport rules. The contracting authority may use an option to increase quantities for each lot by up to 30%. Bidders must have a HACCP system, be subject to official State Sanitary Inspection controls and have at least one vehicle suitable for food transport. The offer must include the required declarations and a priced list covering all products in each lot bid for. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 9:30.
