Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of meat and meat products to the Janowice Wielkie Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. The range includes poultry, pork and beef, as well as processed meat products, in accordance with the product descriptions and quantities in the pricing schedule. Quantities are estimates: deliveries will be ordered as needed by the hospital, with a minimum order volume of 75% of the maximum value of the basic contract. The buyer may also exercise an option of up to 20% of the basic contract value. Deliveries are at the supplier’s cost and risk, as ordered by the buyer, Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 13:00. The contract will run for 12 months from signature or until the maximum contract value, including the option, has been exhausted. Products must be first quality, fresh or frozen as specified, properly chilled and labelled, and compliant with food safety and hygiene requirements. At delivery, quickly perishable foods must have at least 10 days of remaining shelf life and meat at least 5 days. Products rejected because of quantity, assortment or quality defects must be replaced within three hours on the same day. Bidders must submit an offer form, completed pricing schedule and exclusion declaration. No bidder qualification criteria have been set, but the supplier must maintain valid HACCP evidence and the relevant food establishment approval or registration throughout the contract and provide these documents when requested. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. The deadline for submitting bids is 9 October 2026 at 11:00.
