The contract covers recurring deliveries of coffee and products supporting its sale, including transport to the Olympic Preparation Centre in Władysławowo, over six months. Supplies include 30 kg of instant coffee, 500 kg of coffee beans (70% Arabica and 30% Robusta), 500 portions of instant coffee, 270 kg of milk-chocolate-flavoured drink powder, sugars, 5,000 paper cups of 200 ml and 200 cups of 300 ml, with matching lids. Other items include syrup, water filters, cleaning products, napkins, promotional and menu stands, and barista training for two people. For six months, the supplier must also make available for use or rent three automatic office coffee machines manufactured no earlier than 2024, seven thermoses manufactured no earlier than 2024 (four of 5 litres and three of 10 litres), an espresso machine, and an automatic coffee grinder. The equipment must be installed, staff instructed in its use, and the equipment maintained and repaired.
