Operation of swimming pools and sports hall

Summary

The tender concerns the operation of swimming pools and a sports hall in Moerdijk. The contractor must operate, manage and make available the facilities on a risk-bearing basis and generate operating revenue within the tender framework. The contract covers MFA De Niervaert, Sporthal De Bosselaar and the open-air pool De Bosselaar. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and runs for 5 years until 31 December 2031. The estimated contract value is EUR 707,000 excluding VAT. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, with price as the operating contribution and three quality criteria.
