Summary

The tender concerns a software broker service for Diamant-groep. The contractor must supply standard software, manage contracts and administration through a secure customer portal, provide reporting and proactive advice, support vendor selection and contracting for follow-on orders, and handle exit/re-transition at the end of the framework agreement.
