Summary

The procurement concerns digitization services for the Vilnius Tourism Information Center. The supplier must provide a context-based solution covering design, programming, project management, creative direction, video mapping content creation, development of VR/AR solutions, audioguides and other digital tourism services, as well as procurement, installation and maintenance of required equipment such as projectors, screens, computing hardware, audio systems, VR/AR devices and video playback gear. Each order will be defined by a brief, from which the supplier develops a concept, implementation plan, budget and provides the necessary goods and technical solutions. The maximum contract value is 75,000 EUR excluding VAT (90,750 EUR including VAT); third-party goods may amount to up to 30,000 EUR excluding VAT. The contract duration is up to 36 months, with orders fulfilled per assignment brief.
