Samen IN! Beweging 2027–2029

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of the ‘Samen IN! Beweging’ programme in Horst aan de Maas. The contractor must provide an operational, coordinating service in the field of physical activity, including a participation broker role and motor skills screening with warm referral to follow-up activities. The contract runs for 2 years from 1 January 2027 and may be extended once by 2 years. The annual fixed price is EUR 150,000 excluding VAT, and at least 2 staff members must be deployed. The award is based on quality only. The bidder must submit references, CVs of key staff, a valid VOG for all deployed staff, a KVK extract not older than 6 months, and the UEA. Social return obligations apply: 3% of the total contract value over the first five years, with at least one tailored-route SROI block to be used.
