Noise remediation in Land van Cuijk municipality

Summary

The tender concerns engineering support for noise remediation of 927 dwellings in Land van Cuijk, including surveys, building-technical inspections, calculation of façade and roof sound insulation, design of soundproofing measures, preparation of subsidy forms, coordination with BSV, drafting tender documents for the contractor, warm site visits with residents, site supervision, handover and control measurements. The contract is divided into 3 lots and bidders may submit for one or more lots. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio, with price weighted at 300 points and quality at 700 points. The bidder must submit 2 CVs for the delivery team, example reports/drawings/texts, a plan of approach and planning, and a sustainability statement. The UEA and supporting evidence for exclusion grounds and selection criteria are required.
