Summary

The tender concerns audit services for Waterschap Noorderzijlvest. The contractor will perform annual interim audits, annual financial statement audits, specific audit assignments for subsidies or other funding bodies, advisory support, and additional services such as third-party assurance, fraud risk analysis and sustainability reporting. The contract starts on 1 May 2027 and runs for 4 years, with up to 2 x 1-year extensions. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio. The bidder must submit the required tender documents, a signed UEA, a recent register extract, proof of insurance, references, ISO 9001 or equivalent, and a WTA licence or equivalent. The team must include experienced audit staff, and the register auditor must have at least 2 years’ experience in a water authority, municipality or joint public body.
