Organisation services for the PUERTO JOVEN event

Summary

The contract covers the full organisation and delivery of the PUERTO JOVEN event for young people in Puerto de la Cruz. The event is scheduled for 7 November 2026, from 11:00 to 23:00, at Aduana in Puerto de la Cruz. The services include event design and production; technical and operational coordination; supplying, installing, maintaining and dismantling the required structures, equipment and facilities; professional sound and lighting; and preparing and implementing a safety plan. The programme is aimed at young people and combines leisure, technology, cultural, creative and educational activities. Bidders must submit electronically in a single file a participation application, a responsible declaration, a declaration on membership of a business group, a declaration confirming the validity of bidder-register data or proof of a registration application submitted before the tender deadline, and a price offer showing IGIC separately. Bidders must declare adequate economic, financial and technical capacity and the necessary authorisations; the documents specify no minimum turnover or experience thresholds. Price and optional quality improvements are considered, including assigning staff with relevant project experience, introducing an event feedback system and providing an emotional well-being space. The proposed successful bidder must also provide a declaration concerning wage and occupational-safety obligations and civil liability insurance.
