Market dialogue: Street lighting management service

Summary

This is a voluntary market dialogue, not a procurement procedure or an invitation to submit a tender. Kirkkonummi Municipality is preparing a technical management and expert service for its street lighting network, which includes approximately 10,000 luminaires, 170 lighting centres and about 300 kilometres of network. The preliminary service scope covers reporting, budgeting support, maintenance coordination and supervision, fault-reporting coordination, data management, network information system maintenance coordination, development studies, procurement support, and support for the planning, commissioning and supervision of investment and renovation projects. Responses should be sent by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 by email to hankinta@kirkkonummi.fi, preferably using the attached questionnaire. The final scope, requirements, contract model and timetable have not yet been decided and may change substantially.
